At Go Commerce, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, you can initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

Certain items such as perishable goods, personal care products, innerwear, or customized items are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process

Our team will review your request and schedule a reverse pickup if applicable.

Once received, the item will be inspected and your refund or replacement will be processed.
3. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount unless the item is defective or damaged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credits.
2. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.
3. Non-Refundable Items

Items returned without original packaging or found used.
